My devilish thoughts

This is a statement piece as you can see in the painting is a self-portrait of me with my signature light bulb, I'm holding up a demonic sign wearing a crucifix and a horned mask. The statement is towards today's Christians being two-faced preaching from their Bible but showing their evil.

Mitchell's Odyssey (2025)

Probably one of the bigger pieces I've completed so far (28x54) mixed media, enjoyed layering with resin, matte gel and other pastes. This piece is inspired by the unfortunate events in the past months.

Angel in Reverse Cowgirl

So I have been working on this when I was in New York. I wanted to add an element of NYC in a painting so on my numerous walks around the city I gathered bird leafs “Pigeon feathers” to use as angel wings! This is a third rendition of this painting of my angel and I was inspired by another artist and her backside paintings, It’s a mixed media piece acrylic, oil pastel and of course the feather and plaster element.

Miss Brilliance and the Silver Key Dress

Part of my Trial of Mr. Brilliance series, decided to add a three dimensional element in this with gathering discarded keys for her dress. Been working on this for 2 years now happy to say I’m finally to declare finished!

Candle Horns

These three paintings below started from a time in my life I lost my direction, thought I abandoned my passion for art. This series " the candle horns series" brought that passion back, each candle represents an age in my art world some whittling down melting away while some are blown out indicating that part of art journey is no longer active. The three images shown below of the fire haired woman crying is my adaptation of Mother nature, always sad from the death of her children.

Somewhere beyond the sea meets New York City

I’m very proud of this piece probably my best in a while. Really enjoyed collaborating ink and crayons for quite some time I wanted to push away from the pencil and paints, so I thought outside the box to experiment with a forgotten childhood medium and then outline it with ink. The piece is a picture of the Brooklyn bridge from the point of view of Front Street being visited by my nude pianist and her jellyfish.
